Janet Grant
Janet is a senior consultant with Chartside. She has spent most of her career working in the retail sector, primarily within the finance and operations functions.Janet trained as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young, before moving to Woolworths and then W H Smith.
Her most recent position was as Finance Director of Index Ltd, part of the Littlewoods Group, where she was part of the senior team brought in to develop a new strategy and business mentality for the company and its people.
Janet has extensive, hands-on experience in leadership and management development and, since joining Chartside, has used her considerable capabilities in these areas to assist business leaders in a variety of organisations.
Her naturally extrovert manner is beautifully complimented by her years of experience spent in structured finance roles, enabling Janet to lead and coach in an enthusiastic and engaging, yet controlled style that produces outstanding results for her clients.
